- 1 (14 oz) can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1½ cups ice-cold water
- 1 (3.4 oz) package of instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 1 (11 oz) box of vanilla wafers
- 5 ripe bananas, sliced
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and ice-cold water until combined. Gradually add the instant vanilla pudding mix, beating until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes.
- Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the chilled pudding mixture until smooth.
- In a trifle dish, layer vanilla wafers, sliced bananas, and pudding mixture, repeating the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with pudding on top.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, ideally overnight.
- Before serving, garnish with additional banana slices and vanilla wafers.
