Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon peel
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated lime peel
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 can Pillsbury Creamy Supreme Vanilla Frosting
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Coat a 12-cup bundt pan or a 10-inch fluted tube pan with no-stick cooking spray, then dust with flour.
  3. Beat together the cake mix, sour cream, oil, eggs, lemon juice, lemon peel, and lime peel in a large bowl using an electric mixer on low speed for one minute.
  4. Increase to medium speed and beat for an additional two minutes until light and fluffy.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40 to 44 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool the cake in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  7. Microwave the vanilla frosting mixed with lemon and lime juice for 20 to 40 seconds to create a pourable glaze.
  8. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cake before serving.
