Description

A delightful dessert combining rich, creamy cheesecake with a rustic charm and a slightly charred exterior.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 oz Cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Line a 9×5 loaf pan with parchment paper.
  3. Microwave the cream cheese for about 15 seconds to soften it.
  4. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add the granulated sugar and continue beating until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Incorporate the eggs one at a time on low speed.
  7. Stir in the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and salt.
  8. Pour the batter into the lined loaf pan and gently tap down.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the top is deep brown.
  10. Allow to cool in the pan for around 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For best results, microwave the cream cheese to ensure a smooth batter. Consider adding zest for extra flavor.
