Instructions
- Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, rice vinegar, and gochujang in a medium bowl to create the marinade.
- Add the thinly sliced flank steak to the marinade, ensuring each piece is coated. Marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil. Cook the marinated beef for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Warm the cooked rice in the microwave or on the stove until steaming hot.
- Layer the warm rice on a plate and top with the cooked beef.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions over the beef as a garnish.
