- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the ground chicken with Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, breadcrumbs, marinara sauce, parsley, garlic, and egg in a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf form, keeping it compact but tender.
- Place the meatloaf into a greased baking dish, topping it with extra marinara sauce and breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Allow the meatloaf to rest before slicing to maintain juiciness.
Notes
For added flavor, mix in sautéed vegetables or different cheeses. Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
