Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the ground chicken with Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, breadcrumbs, marinara sauce, parsley, garlic, and egg in a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf form, keeping it compact but tender.
  4. Place the meatloaf into a greased baking dish, topping it with extra marinara sauce and breadcrumbs.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Allow the meatloaf to rest before slicing to maintain juiciness.
