Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 tablespoons hot honey
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves (optional)
  • Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out your pre-made pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet brushed with olive oil.
  4. Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the dough.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella generously on top.
  6. Season the pizza with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
  8. Drizzle hot honey over the pizza once it is out of the oven.
