- 1 pre-made pizza dough
- 1 cup fresh ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 to 2 tablespoons hot honey
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves (optional)
- Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out your pre-made pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet brushed with olive oil.
- Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella generously on top.
- Season the pizza with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Drizzle hot honey over the pizza once it is out of the oven.
- Top with fresh basil leaves and crushed red pepper flakes, if desired. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
