Ingredients

- 1 pack (12 ounces) of wonton wrappers
- 8 ounces of feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup of ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup of cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 small bunch of fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions
- Combine crumbled feta, ricotta, and cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add honey, red pepper flakes, olive oil, garlic powder, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully incorporated.
- Lay a wonton wrapper flat. Place 1 tablespoon of filling in the center, moisten edges with water.
- Fold the wrapper to form a triangle, pressing edges to seal.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat until 350°F (175°C).
- Fry wonton rolls in batches for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- Remove fried wontons and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
- Serve warm, drizzled with extra honey and garnished with parsley.
Notes
Consider adding spices like cumin or paprika for extra flavor. Ensure oil is hot enough for frying.
