Description

A delicious and aromatic baked salmon dish featuring honey, lime, and garlic in a buttery glaze.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
  • Lime slices, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk together the melted butter, honey, lime juice, lime zest, and minced garlic until fully combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Pour the honey lime garlic butter mixture generously over the salmon fillets.
  5. Season the salmon with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15–18 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and lime slices before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the salmon in the honey-lime mix for an hour before baking. Serve with rice or steamed vegetables.
