- 4 salmon fillets
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp lime zest
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
- Lime slices, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Whisk together the melted butter, honey, lime juice, lime zest, and minced garlic until fully combined.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on a lined baking sheet.
- Pour the honey lime garlic butter mixture generously over the salmon fillets.
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15–18 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and lime slices before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the salmon in the honey-lime mix for an hour before baking. Serve with rice or steamed vegetables.
