- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Pat the salmon pieces dry with paper towels, then season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, then add minced garlic and sauté for about a minute.
- Add honey and soy sauce to the saucepan, mixing well. Allow it to simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and drizzle oil if necessary. Cook the salmon pieces in a single layer for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden-brown.
- Pour the honey butter garlic glaze over the cooked salmon and gently toss to coat evenly. Cook for another minute to warm through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
