Description

A delightful dish combining sweet honey, rich butter, and aromatic garlic to create mouthwatering salmon bites.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon pieces dry with paper towels, then season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, then add minced garlic and sauté for about a minute.
  3. Add honey and soy sauce to the saucepan, mixing well. Allow it to simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and drizzle oil if necessary. Cook the salmon pieces in a single layer for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden-brown.
  5. Pour the honey butter garlic glaze over the cooked salmon and gently toss to coat evenly. Cook for another minute to warm through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

Ensure salmon is dry before seasoning for optimal sear. Monitor garlic to prevent burning.
