Instructions
- Shred the potatoes and finely chop the onion. Combine both in a mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix the shredded potatoes, onion, flour, egg, salt, and pepper until well blended.
- Shape the mixture into patties, approximately 2–3 inches in diameter.
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the patties for 3-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
Notes
