- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) diced potatoes
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until cooked.
- Drain excess fat.
- Transfer the beef into your crock pot.
- Add diced tomatoes, corn, pinto beans, diced potatoes, and onion.
- Pour in beef broth.
- Sprinkle in chili powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir before serving and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding minced garlic or chopped bell peppers while sautéing the beef. You can also use ground turkey for a lighter version.
