- 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced

- 1/4 cup chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- Add onions and garlic to the skillet, sautéing until the onion is translucent.
- Introduce diced potatoes, cooking for 10-15 minutes until they start to soften.
- Return the ground beef to the skillet and sprinkle in paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour in beef broth and cover to simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley before serving hot.
Notes
