  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  3. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  4. Add onions and garlic to the skillet, sautéing until the onion is translucent.
  5. Introduce diced potatoes, cooking for 10-15 minutes until they start to soften.
  6. Return the ground beef to the skillet and sprinkle in paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Pour in beef broth and cover to simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Garnish with parsley before serving hot.
