- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 8 oz salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 8 oz raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Add the olive oil to a medium skillet over medium heat.
- Introduce the minced garlic and sauté briefly to release its flavor.
- Add the shrimp, stirring often until pink and opaque (about 5–7 minutes).
- Combine the shrimp mixture with mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and shredded mozzarella until mixed thoroughly.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Stuff each fillet with the shrimp and cheese mixture, reserving some for topping.
- Season each fillet with salt and pepper.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until cooked through.
- Top each fillet with the reserved filling and broil for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
Marinate the salmon for added flavor, and consider using breadcrumbs for a crisper topping.
