Description

A delightful dish featuring tender salmon fillets stuffed with a creamy mixture of shrimp, mozzarella, and Parmesan.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 8 oz salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 8 oz raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Add the olive oil to a medium skillet over medium heat.
  3. Introduce the minced garlic and sauté briefly to release its flavor.
  4. Add the shrimp, stirring often until pink and opaque (about 5–7 minutes).
  5. Combine the shrimp mixture with mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and shredded mozzarella until mixed thoroughly.
  6. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Stuff each fillet with the shrimp and cheese mixture, reserving some for topping.
  8. Season each fillet with salt and pepper.
  9. Bake for about 20 minutes until cooked through.
  10. Top each fillet with the reserved filling and broil for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

Marinate the salmon for added flavor, and consider using breadcrumbs for a crisper topping.
