- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup Reese’s Pieces
- 1/2 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- Cream together the softened butter, cream cheese, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Gently fold in the Reese’s Pieces and chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
- Drop rounded balls of dough onto the baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches of space between each ball.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are golden and the centers are soft.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For chewier cookies, chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking. You can also substitute Reese’s Pieces with M&M’s for a different flavor.
