Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup Reese’s Pieces
  • 1/2 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  3. Cream together the softened butter, cream cheese, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  5. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  6. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  7. Gently fold in the Reese’s Pieces and chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
  8. Drop rounded balls of dough onto the baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches of space between each ball.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are golden and the centers are soft.
  10. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For chewier cookies, chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking. You can also substitute Reese’s Pieces with M&M’s for a different flavor.
