Description

Delicious bite-sized biscuit bombs filled with savory ground beef, melted cheddar, and garlic Parmesan sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp dried parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add ground beef and onion, and cook until browned (5-7 minutes).
  3. Drain excess fat and stir in garlic powder, salt, and black pepper; remove from heat and let cool.
  4. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  5. Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into small circles.
  6. Spoon beef and cheese mixture into the center of each biscuit and fold edges to seal.
  7. Mix melted butter, Parmesan, minced garlic, and parsley in a bowl; brush over biscuit tops.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown; let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, consider using different cheeses such as pepper jack or mozzarella. You can also include chopped veggies for a healthier twist.
