- 2 lobster tails, split
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Brush the split lobster tails with melted butter and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until fully cooked.
- Sauté minced garlic in a tablespoon of butter over medium heat until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously and let it simmer gently.
- Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted into a smooth sauce.
- Drizzle the sauce over the lobster tails and garnish with chopped parsley.
Notes
Use fresh or properly thawed lobster for the best flavor. Adjust seasoning to taste.
