  2. Cook the mushrooms: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, combine the butter and olive oil. Once melted, add the mushrooms and cook until golden brown.
  3. Sauté the onion: Lower the heat and add the diced onion. Sauté until soft and translucent.
  4. Add garlic: Stir in the minced garlic and cook for about a minute.
  5. Incorporate flour: Sprinkle the flour over the mixture and stir to coat.
