- 1 lb steak (ribeye or sirloin), cut into bite-sized cubes
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz pasta shells
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Season the steak cubes generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the steak cubes for approximately 4-5 minutes, flipping occasionally.
- Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Reduce heat and add the remaining tablespoon of butter, stirring until it melts.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and keep warm.
- Boil salted water in a large pot and cook pasta shells until al dente (8-10 minutes).
- Drain the shells and set aside.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in another skillet over medium heat.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked pasta shells, tossing to coat.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
