Description

Succulent lobster tails bathed in a rich garlic butter sauce, perfectly baked for a luxurious seafood experience.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 lobster tails (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Carefully use kitchen shears or a sharp knife to cut the top of each lobster shell lengthwise.
  3. Gently pull the lobster meat out and rest it on top of the shell.
  4. Combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, dried parsley, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  5. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the exposed lobster meat.
  6. Bake the lobster tails for 12-15 minutes, until the meat is opaque and firm.
  7. Drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the meat before serving.
  8. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot with lemon wedges.

Notes

Use high-quality, fresh lobster for the best flavor. Customize the garlic butter with spices or herbs to suit your taste.
