Description

A luxurious seafood dish featuring succulent lobster meat infused with rich garlic butter, baked to perfection.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 lobster tails (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Lobster Tails: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the top of each lobster shell lengthwise, exposing the meat. Pull the lobster meat out and rest it on top of the shell.
  2. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, dried parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook the Lobster Tails: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place the lobster tails on the sheet, and brush with the garlic butter mixture.
  4. Bake: Transfer to the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until the lobster is opaque and firm with an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  5. Serve: Drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the lobster and garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges.

Notes

Consider swapping out the garlic butter for spicy sriracha butter or adding coconut milk and lime juice for a tropical flavor.
