- 1/4 teaspoon saffron threads
- 1/4 cup milk

Instructions
- Bring water to a rolling boil in a saucepan, then add diced potatoes and simmer until fork-tender, about 15 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
- Steep saffron threads in 2 tablespoons of hot water for about 5 minutes.
- Combine saffron water with milk, butter, salt, and pepper in the potatoes and mash until creamy.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the unsalted butter.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Incorporate the chopped lobster meat, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve the saffron mash on a plate and top with the garlic butter lobster. Garnish with parsley.
