  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Optional: red pepper flakes
  • Optional: garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Prepare the tortellini: Begin by boiling your cheese tortellini according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain the water and set the pasta aside.
  2. Cook the beef: In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef, seasoned with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned, then drain any excess grease for a cleaner taste.
  3. Sauté the garlic: Add the butter directly to the skillet with the browned beef and let it melt. Once melted, stir in the minced garlic and let it cook for 1-2 minutes until it’s fragrant and golden.
