Delightful Fried S’mores Bombs filled with gooey marshmallows and rich chocolate, enveloped in a crispy batter.

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 12 large marshmallows
- 12 squares of milk chocolate
- 1 cup pancake mix
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 cup flour
- Oil for frying
- Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Take a square of milk chocolate and place it on top of a marshmallow.
- Roll the chocolate-filled marshmallow in graham cracker crumbs to coat it completely.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the pancake mix, flour, and water to form a thick batter.
- Dip each graham cracker-covered marshmallow into the batter, ensuring it’s fully coated.
- Carefully place the battered marshmallows into the hot oil.
- Fry for about 2-3 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove them from the oil and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
- Dust with powdered sugar for an extra touch of sweetness, if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, try using different types of chocolate or adding a pinch of sea salt on top before serving.
