Description

Delightful Fried S’mores Bombs filled with gooey marshmallows and rich chocolate, enveloped in a crispy batter.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 12 large marshmallows
  • 12 squares of milk chocolate
  • 1 cup pancake mix
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 cup flour
  • Oil for frying
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Take a square of milk chocolate and place it on top of a marshmallow.
  3. Roll the chocolate-filled marshmallow in graham cracker crumbs to coat it completely.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the pancake mix, flour, and water to form a thick batter.
  5. Dip each graham cracker-covered marshmallow into the batter, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  6. Carefully place the battered marshmallows into the hot oil.
  7. Fry for about 2-3 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove them from the oil and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar for an extra touch of sweetness, if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, try using different types of chocolate or adding a pinch of sea salt on top before serving.
