Instructions
- Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

- Once the onions turn golden brown, add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- In a separate pot, brown the beef stew meat for about 5 minutes until seared on all sides.
- Add caramelized onions to the beef along with the beef broth, thyme, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Stir everything together and let it simmer gently, covered, for 1 to 1.5 hours.
- Meanwhile, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Once the beef becomes tender, stir in the cooked noodles until combined.
- Sprinkle the top with shredded Swiss cheese and cover until melted.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
