- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Butter or oil for cooking
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Add honey or maple syrup if desired.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.
- Pour small portions of batter onto the skillet, cooking for about 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
Notes
Blend just until smooth to maintain some texture; add milk if batter is too thick and experiment with spices for enhanced flavor.
