Description

A delightful poke cake infused with sweetened condensed milk and topped with fluffy frosting, perfect for Easter celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 1 box of yellow cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • Pastel-colored candy eggs
  • Green food coloring

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Mix the cake mix according to package instructions with eggs, oil, and water until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  4. Cool the cake for 10-15 minutes before poking holes in it with a wooden spoon.
  5. Combine sweetened condensed milk with green food coloring and drizzle over the cake.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  7. Spread whipped topping over the chilled cake.
  8. Sprinkle coconut flakes on top and decorate with pastel candy eggs.
