- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries

Instructions
- Bring a small pot of water to a gentle boil. Drop in your small, raw beet and let it tenderize for about 20-30 minutes, or until a fork easily pierces through.
- Remove it from the heat and allow it to cool slightly before peeling; the skin should come off effortlessly.
- Dice the boiled beet into smaller pieces, ready for blending.
- Combine the beet cubes with half a cup of fresh strawberries, a generous 1/4 cup of blueberries, and a 1/4 cup of oats in a high-powered blender.
- Pour in 1 cup of almond milk.
- Drizzle in a tablespoon of honey or agave syrup if desired.
- Blend everything until it transforms into a velvety, rich liquid.
- Pour the shake into a tall glass and enjoy!
Notes
