- 1 tbsp Fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (204 degrees C).
- Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels.
- Arrange the fillets in a single layer in a baking dish.
- Melt the unsalted butter in a small bowl.
- Stir in the lemon juice and zest.
- Brush the lemon butter mixture over the cod fillets.
- Sprinkle the cod with garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cod is opaque and flakes easily.
- Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley and serve.
