  • 1 medium Lemon, freshly juiced and zested
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 3/4 tsp Sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (204 degrees C).
  2. Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels.
  3. Arrange the fillets in a single layer in a baking dish.
  4. Melt the unsalted butter in a small bowl.
  5. Stir in the lemon juice and zest.
  6. Brush the lemon butter mixture over the cod fillets.
  7. Sprinkle the cod with garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
