Instructions

- Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to beat until fully combined.
- Fill each cooled tartlet shell with the cream cheese mixture, smoothing it out gently with a spatula.
- Top each tartlet with cherry jam, spreading it evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- Sprinkle chopped pistachios and fresh cherries on top for added flavor and color.
- Refrigerate the tartlets for at least 2 hours to let flavors meld and chill.
