Description

A beautiful blend of creamy cheesecake topped with cherry filling on a buttery graham cracker crust, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling
  • Fresh cherries (optional for garnish)
  • Whipped cream (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Grease a 9-inch springform pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
  3. Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a medium bowl.
  4. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of the prepared springform pan.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven.
  6. Beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar together until smooth.
  7. Add the vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  8. Stir in the sour cream and heavy cream until smooth.
  9. Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top.
  10. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
  11. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven for 1 hour.
  12. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  13. Top with cherry pie filling, fresh cherries, and whipped cream.
  14. Slice and serve chilled.
