Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 lobster tails (5 to 6 oz each)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp butter (for sauce)
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 garlic clove, minced (for sauce)
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your broiler and prepare the lobster tails by cutting the top shell lengthwise.
  2. Create the garlic butter mixture using melted butter, garlic, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the garlic butter over the lobster meat and broil for about 8 to 10 minutes until cooked.
  4. Prepare the cream sauce by melting butter and mixing with flour, then gradually adding cream.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese and minced garlic to the sauce, stirring until smooth.
  6. Serve the lobster on plates, drizzled with sauce and garnished with parsley.

Notes

For best results, use fresh or properly thawed lobster tails and watch carefully while broiling to avoid overcooking.
