- 1 tbsp flour
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 garlic clove, minced (for sauce)
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your broiler and prepare the lobster tails by cutting the top shell lengthwise.
- Create the garlic butter mixture using melted butter, garlic, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the garlic butter over the lobster meat and broil for about 8 to 10 minutes until cooked.
- Prepare the cream sauce by melting butter and mixing with flour, then gradually adding cream.
- Add Parmesan cheese and minced garlic to the sauce, stirring until smooth.
- Serve the lobster on plates, drizzled with sauce and garnished with parsley.
