- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices (optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the Doritos in a food processor and pulse until finely crushed.
- Set up a dipping station with pizza sauce, crushed Doritos, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Take a small spoonful of pizza sauce and mozzarella, add optional pepperoni, and roll into a compact ball.
- Dip each ball in pizza sauce, then roll in crushed Doritos.
- Place the coated rolls on the baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with garlic powder and oregano.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
