Description

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Doritos (any flavor, Nacho Cheese recommended)
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the Doritos in a food processor and pulse until finely crushed.
  3. Set up a dipping station with pizza sauce, crushed Doritos, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  4. Take a small spoonful of pizza sauce and mozzarella, add optional pepperoni, and roll into a compact ball.
  5. Dip each ball in pizza sauce, then roll in crushed Doritos.
  6. Place the coated rolls on the baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with garlic powder and oregano.
