- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries, mashed
- 1 tbsp sugar (for raspberries)
- 1 tbsp lemon zest (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place each triangle into a greased muffin tin, pressing the edges down gently.
- In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In another small bowl, mash the fresh raspberries and mix with 1 tablespoon of sugar and lemon zest.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture into the center of each crescent dough triangle and top with a spoonful of the raspberry mixture.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let the bites cool for a few minutes before serving.
