- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans for garnish
Instructions
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a medium bowl. Press into a 9×13-inch dish to form the crust.
- Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Add the vanilla extract and fold in the whipped topping. Spread this mixture over the crust.
- Whisk together the corn syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, and eggs until smooth. Stir in the chopped pecans and pour this layer over the cream cheese layer.
- Refrigerate the lasagna for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and garnish with additional chopped pecans before serving.

For best flavor, make the dessert a day in advance and allow it to chill overnight. Ensure cream cheese is softened beforehand for a smooth texture.
