  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a medium bowl. Press into a 9×13-inch dish to form the crust.
  2. Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Add the vanilla extract and fold in the whipped topping. Spread this mixture over the crust.
  3. Whisk together the corn syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, and eggs until smooth. Stir in the chopped pecans and pour this layer over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Refrigerate the lasagna for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  5. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and garnish with additional chopped pecans before serving.
