Instructions
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup powdered sugar in a medium bowl.
- Press the mixture firmly into the base of a greased 9×9-inch square pan and chill for 10-15 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate by combining the semi-sweet chocolate chips and heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until glossy and smooth.
- Stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until thoroughly combined.
- Pour the peanut butter-chocolate mixture over the chilled graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.
- Refrigerate for about 1 hour or until the dessert is firm to the touch.
- Sprinkle the chopped peanuts generously over the top and drizzle with melted chocolate.
- Slice into squares and serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
Try using different nut butters for a unique twist, and consider adding a sprinkle of sea salt for contrast.
