Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken breast or turkey (diced)
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup pepperoni slices (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) while you prepare the dish.
  2. Grease a small baking dish or oven-safe bowl lightly.
  3. Spread out the diced chicken or turkey evenly at the bottom of the dish.
  4. Drizzle the marinara sauce over the meat and spread it out evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
  6. Add your choice of pizza toppings: pepperoni, bell peppers, and olives.
  7. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and red pepper flakes over the top.
