Description

A delightful dish that transforms ordinary cauliflower into a crispy, flavorful snack topped with cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 large cauliflower
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp chili pepper
  • Fresh ground black pepper, to taste
  • 8 oz sharp white cheddar cheese, grated
  • 4 oz parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, Old Bay seasoning, chili pepper, and fresh ground black pepper.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the seasoned cauliflower evenly on the sheet.
  5. Roast the cauliflower for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Sprinkle the grated cheddar and parmesan cheese over the cauliflower in the last 10 minutes of roasting.
  7. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the cauliflower cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For extra crunch, pre-soak the florets in salted water for 20 minutes before roasting.
