Instructions
- Start by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Toss the carrot fries with a tablespoon of oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the seasoned carrots and toss again.
- Spread the carrot fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast the carrots for about 16-20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
