Instructions
- Begin by cutting the mozzarella cheese sticks in half.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and a mixture of breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Take each cheese stick and dip it into the flour, then the egg, and finally coat it with the seasoned breadcrumbs.
- Place all sticks on a tray and freeze for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the mozzarella sticks in batches until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes on each side.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side.
