Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Combine the cottage cheese and Parmesan in a bowl; then add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper, mixing until smooth.
- Dollop small amounts of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until edges are golden brown.
- Cool on a wire rack before serving.
- Sprinkle fresh herbs over the chips just before serving if desired.
