- 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for greasing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the cottage cheese, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl and stir until smooth.
- Spoon small dollops of the mixture onto the parchment paper, spreading each into a thin circle.
- Drizzle or spray the tops of each circle with olive oil for extra crispiness.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until edges are golden and crispy.
- Let chips cool before removing from parchment to solidify further.
- Serve your crispy chips as a snack or with your favorite dipping sauce.
