Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for greasing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the cottage cheese, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl and stir until smooth.
  3. Spoon small dollops of the mixture onto the parchment paper, spreading each into a thin circle.
  4. Drizzle or spray the tops of each circle with olive oil for extra crispiness.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until edges are golden and crispy.
  6. Let chips cool before removing from parchment to solidify further.
