Description

Transform traditional nachos into a hearty, flavorful meal with layers of crunchy Doritos, juicy chicken, and a melty cheesy topping.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups crispy Doritos
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine cooked shredded chicken, diced tomatoes, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Layer half of the crispy Doritos on the bottom of a baking dish.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the Doritos.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining Doritos on top.
  6. Generously sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.

Notes
