- 2 cups crispy Doritos
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine cooked shredded chicken, diced tomatoes, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Layer half of the crispy Doritos on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the Doritos.
- Sprinkle the remaining Doritos on top.
- Generously sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
Notes
For extra spice, consider adding diced jalapeños. Broil for 2-3 minutes for a crispy topping.
