  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine chicken tenderloins with buttermilk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Coatings: Combine all-purpose flour with cayenne pepper (if using) in one dish and place panko breadcrumbs in another.
  3. Coat the Chicken: Remove marinated chicken from buttermilk, dredge in flour, dip back in buttermilk, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
