- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine chicken tenderloins with buttermilk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare the Coatings: Combine all-purpose flour with cayenne pepper (if using) in one dish and place panko breadcrumbs in another.
- Coat the Chicken: Remove marinated chicken from buttermilk, dredge in flour, dip back in buttermilk, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Cook the Chicken: Arrange chicken in the fryer basket, spray lightly with cooking spray, and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Let It Rest: Remove chicken from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
