Description

A comforting bowl of Creamy Velveeta & Ground Beef Bowtie Pasta that’s perfect for family dinners, combining creamy cheese with seasoned ground beef and tender pasta.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 big block of Velveeta
  • 1 8oz block of cream cheese
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can of Rotel Tomatoes with chilies
  • 2.25 pounds ground beef
  • 1 box of bowtie noodles

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat and transfer to a crockpot.
  2. Cut the Velveeta and cream cheese into chunks and add to the crockpot along with the cream of chicken soup and Rotel tomatoes (do not drain).
  3. Stir the mixture in the crockpot until cohesive. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally.
  4. About 20 minutes before serving, boil water and cook the bowtie noodles until al dente, then drain.
  5. Add the noodles to the crockpot and stir until evenly coated. Serve warm.

Notes

For a lighter version, swap ground beef for ground turkey or chicken. You can add vegetables for extra flavor and nutrients.
