A comforting bowl of Creamy Velveeta & Ground Beef Bowtie Pasta that’s perfect for family dinners, combining creamy cheese with seasoned ground beef and tender pasta.

- 1 big block of Velveeta
- 1 8oz block of cream cheese
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 can of Rotel Tomatoes with chilies
- 2.25 pounds ground beef
- 1 box of bowtie noodles
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat and transfer to a crockpot.
- Cut the Velveeta and cream cheese into chunks and add to the crockpot along with the cream of chicken soup and Rotel tomatoes (do not drain).
- Stir the mixture in the crockpot until cohesive. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally.
- About 20 minutes before serving, boil water and cook the bowtie noodles until al dente, then drain.
- Add the noodles to the crockpot and stir until evenly coated. Serve warm.
Notes
For a lighter version, swap ground beef for ground turkey or chicken. You can add vegetables for extra flavor and nutrients.
