  • 2 cups fresh spinach

Instructions

  1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the Italian sausage, breaking it apart until browned.
  2. Drain excess fat if necessary. Then, add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and diced tomatoes, bringing to a boil.
  4. Stir in the ditalini pasta and Italian seasoning, then reduce heat and cover. Allow it to simmer for 8-10 minutes until pasta is al dente.
  5. Add the heavy cream and stir until the soup is creamy.
