A rich and creamy Chicken Parmesan dish that combines tender chicken, garlic, and melted cheese for a comforting experience.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Dredge each chicken piece in flour, then dip them in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese.
  4. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Place the chicken breasts in the hot skillet, cooking for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  6. Remove the chicken from the skillet and allow it to rest.
  7. Add minced garlic to the same skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  8. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to create a sauce.
  9. Return the chicken to the skillet and cover it with mozzarella cheese.
  10. Cover the skillet and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.
  11. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving warm.

Notes

Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch. Always ensure chicken is at room temperature for even cooking.
