Ingredients

- 7 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- 3.5 ounces full-fat ricotta cheese
- 1.5 ounces full-fat sour cream
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 5 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, finely minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon crushed red chili flakes
- Chopped chives for topping (optional)
- 1 teaspoon za’atar for topping
- 1 teaspoon black and white sesame seeds for topping
- Pita chips, naan, or raw veggies for serving
Instructions
- Prep the cheeses: Start by letting the feta, ricotta, and sour cream come to room temperature.
- Blend the base: In a food processor, add the cheeses, salt, and black pepper. Blend on high for 2-3 minutes.
- Create the spicy honey: In a saucepan, add olive oil and sauté the garlic. Stir in honey, lemon juice, and chili flakes.
- Serve & garnish: Spoon the dip into a bowl, drizzle with the spicy honey, and garnish as desired.
Notes
For a creamier texture, blend ingredients longer. Adjust chili flakes according to your spice preference.
