  • Black pepper to taste
  • 5 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, finely minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red chili flakes
  • Chopped chives for topping (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon za’atar for topping
  • 1 teaspoon black and white sesame seeds for topping
  • Pita chips, naan, or raw veggies for serving

Instructions

  1. Prep the cheeses: Start by letting the feta, ricotta, and sour cream come to room temperature.
  2. Blend the base: In a food processor, add the cheeses, salt, and black pepper. Blend on high for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Create the spicy honey: In a saucepan, add olive oil and sauté the garlic. Stir in honey, lemon juice, and chili flakes.
  4. Serve & garnish: Spoon the dip into a bowl, drizzle with the spicy honey, and garnish as desired.

Notes

For a creamier texture, blend ingredients longer. Adjust chili flakes according to your spice preference.
