  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Sliced bananas for topping

Instructions

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Combine the crushed graham crackers with the melted butter in a mixing bowl.
  3. Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of the prepared springform pan.
  4. Bake the crust for about 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  5. Beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
  6. Add in the mashed bananas, eggs, vanilla extract, and cinnamon, mixing until smooth.
  7. Pour the filling into the cooled crust.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is set yet slightly wobbly.
  9. Cool the cheesecake in the oven with the door cracked for an hour.
  10. Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight.
  11. Top with sliced bananas before serving.
