- 24 oz cream cheese, softened

- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 3 eggs

Instructions
- Start by preheating your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Combine the crushed graham crackers with the melted butter in a mixing bowl.
- Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of the prepared springform pan.
- Bake the crust for about 10 minutes, then let it cool.
- Beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
- Add in the mashed bananas, eggs, vanilla extract, and cinnamon, mixing until smooth.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is set yet slightly wobbly.
- Cool the cheesecake in the oven with the door cracked for an hour.
- Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight.
- Top with sliced bananas before serving.
