Creamy Asiago Chicken envelops tender chicken breasts in a rich, velvety sauce, creating a comforting and indulgent dining experience.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup of chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup of grated Asiago cheese
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil: In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Season the chicken: Sprinkle both sides of the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook the chicken: Place the seasoned chicken in the skillet and cook for 6–7 minutes per side or until fully cooked. Remove chicken from skillet.
  4. Make the creamy sauce: In the same skillet, add 1 cup of heavy cream and 1/2 cup of chicken broth. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Add the cheeses: Gradually mix in grated Asiago and Parmesan cheeses until melted and smooth.
  6. Return the chicken: Place cooked chicken back into the skillet, coating in the sauce, and simmer for 3–4 minutes.
  7. Garnish and serve: Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot.
