Description

A creamy and crunchy cheese ball filled with cranberries and pecans, perfect for any festive gathering.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans, plus additional for rolling
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Crackers and apple slices for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese and cheddar cheese in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add chopped pecans, cranberries, parsley, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; stir until well blended.
  3. Scoop the mixture and form it into a ball using your hands.
  4. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  5. Remove from the refrigerator and coat with additional chopped pecans.
  6. Serve with crackers and apple slices.
